Instrumentation Electricidad, SA (IESA) was founded in 1996. Since then, we have positioned ourselves as IESA Spain and have offered support to major shipyards, shipping companies and agents in the area, as well as railway and aerospace sectors.

In 1998, we obtained ISO 9001 which we currently maintain. Hence we have done many projects in the marine and industrial sectors, both new buildings and repairs.

More than 24 years ago IESA was born as a company, with the main aim of being able to solve the needs of process control, initially in the marine sector, and eventually expanding our range to industrial and commercial sectors.

To do this, we have been carrying out maintenance, repairs and electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for a large number of companies (shipyards, shipping companies, railway and aviation sectors), making us a household name in the marine sector locally, thanks to offer solutions when others can not.

A wide field in which we work also is the instrumentation (as our name suggests), including calibration in our laboratory of different instrumentation and equipment to our customers, using standard master equipment with traceability to ENAC certified ones (pressure, force, temperature, thickness, electrical, torque and dimensional).

For over 15 years we have made a number representing prestigious brands worldwide in the naval sector such as VAF Instruments, Schaller Automation, JOWA AB and Terasaki Electric Europe Ltd., all of them as an official service agent in Spain.
Our quality has led us to obtain the certificate UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 by the agency Bureau Veritas, with No. certif. ES036844-1.
The short - term goal is to accredit our laboratory by ENAC.
